Timothy S. Bhullar, B.A., J.D. – Founder and Principal Lawyer  

Timothy is the founder and Principal Lawyer of Pathfinder Law. Within a short period of time, Timothy generated a client base that recognizes his unique ability to achieve effective results.

Timothy has litigation experience at various levels of court and has appeared for his clients in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia. Prior to founding Pathfinder Law, Timothy co-founded and was the Managing Director of a prominent building maintenance and supply company operating in the Fraser Valley.

Timothy completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of the Fraser Valley and obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law. Timothy articled and worked for a leading litigation boutique firm in downtown Vancouver and was an Associate lawyer with a full-service law firm in Burnaby before founding Pathfinder Law.

Timothy has trial experience in the British Columbia Supreme Court as co-chair and regularly represents his clients in the Provincial Court of British Columbia. Furthermore, Timothy has assisted counsel on matters before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and has experience working on matters before various administrative tribunals.
