Timothy S. Bhullar, B.A., J.D. – Founder and Principal Lawyer
Timothy is the founder and Principal Lawyer of Pathfinder Law. In a remarkably short time, he has established a dedicated client base that values his exceptional ability to deliver effective and strategic results.
With extensive litigation experience, Timothy has represented clients at various levels of court, including the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia. He has also worked on matters before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and has experience handling cases before administrative tribunals, ensuring comprehensive and capable advocacy for his clients.
Before founding Pathfinder Law, Timothy co-founded and served as Managing Director of a successful building maintenance and supply company in the Fraser Valley, demonstrating his strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills. He also gained valuable legal experience as an articling student and lawyer at a leading litigation boutique firm in downtown Vancouver and as an Associate Lawyer with a full-service law firm in Burnaby.
Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of the Fraser Valley and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law. His academic credentials, combined with his practical experience, equip him to handle complex legal challenges with skill and precision.
As a trial lawyer, Timothy has worked on trials in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and regularly represents clients in the Provincial Court of British Columbia. Jas Boparai – Associate Lawyer
Jas Boparai is an Associate Lawyer at Pathfinder Law, maintaining a litigation-focused practice with an emphasis on family law and civil disputes. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, Faculty of Law.
Jas has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and the Civil Resolution Tribunal, developing strong advocacy skills through trial experience. She also has extensive experience representing clients in mediations and out-of-court settlements, taking pride in guiding individuals through complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.

Vaibhav Mehra – Associate Lawyer
Vaibhav Mehra is a seasoned Associate Lawyer at Pathfinder Law, bringing a wealth of legal expertise and a client-focused approach to the firm. With more than 11 years of experience in both original and appellate courts, Vaibhav is a qualified lawyer in three jurisdictions, holding memberships in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Bar Council of Delhi, showcasing his adaptability and expertise in different legal environments. Megan Dhaliwal – Articling Student

Megan obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of the Fraser Valley, graduating with Distinction and earning Dean’s List recognition throughout her undergraduate studies. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, Faculty of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List during her first year.
Prior to law school, Megan completed a practicum placement and volunteered at a law firm practicing in real estate and personal injury law, gaining valuable insight into the legal profession and client service. These experiences fostered her early interest and skills in advocacy and the practice of law.
She values building strong client relationships and is committed to providing professional, effective, and compassionate support to clients navigating challenging legal issues.
Outside of the office, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
Jasleen Bal – Articling Student

Jasleen is an Articling Student at Pathfinder Law with a strong interest in family law and civil disputes. She is committed to providing thoughtful, client-focused legal support. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University before earning her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, Faculty of Law.
Prior to law school, Jasleen worked at a law firm where she developed a strong foundation in client service, communication, and file management. Throughout law school, she further developed her legal skills through volunteer work with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, gaining experience in legal research and assisting individuals with a variety of legal matters.
Jasleen understands that every client’s circumstances are unique and believes in the importance of clear communication throughout the legal process. She strives to help clients feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate difficult legal matters.
